Poster 7. Hands-on experience conducting research while enrolled in a doctoral program is linked with the development of a researcher identity among counselor educators in training. In this session, three doctoral students will share their experience conducting research as part of an all-graduate student research team and describe how their choice of methodology helped support their developmental process.
