Poster 16. The tabletop roleplaying game Dungeons and Dragons has a surprising amount of versatility as a counseling tool. It can used to help clients develop social skills, explore gender identity issues, improve communication, process past trauma, evaluate how their actions affect others, and more. This session will demonstrate how to use D&D in therapy and offer guidance on how best to assess its effectiveness with helping clients reach their goals.
