Table 2. This qualitative study explores the perspectives of international counselor educators from diverse U.S. universities on the role of instructors in master's level counseling education. Thematic analysis of 10 participants' views and experiences reveals six themes: structured learning, cultural and social justice integration, contextual teaching, active learning solidification, membership, and personal experiences. These findings highlight the significance of culture, community, and biculturalism in effective counseling instruction, offering implications for counselor education, training, and practice.
