LGBTQ+ health research often emphasizes documenting health disparities. Although important, not all LGBTQ+ people experience adverse health outcomes, and there is a need to understand the full spectrum of LGBTQ+ health experiences. Given the current sociopolitical climate, including LGBTQ+ respondents in research is more important than ever.
