Poster 15. Counselors are responsible for supporting the academic, career, and socioemotional needs of all students, including at-promise students who exuberate fortitude. During the pandemic, students experienced heightened stressors, frustrations, anxiety, suicidality, limited technology access, decreased peer engagement, a shift in school activities, increased abuse, changes in income, and/or loss of loved ones. Presenters will discuss the importance of multicultural competencies, research methodology, and share research findings of a qualitative study conducted with school counselors.
